(5) changing cards and filling cards

Change Card: This function is used when the cardholder's card has to be replaced by a new card due to non-human damage during the validity period. Other information in account is not lost when changing card, but the card number used is changed.

Supplementary Card: when the cardholder's card is valid, the card is lost and the report is lost, the new card can be reissued. When making up the card, the information in the account is not lost, but the card number used is changed. The procedure of making up the card should be flexible according to the regulations of the user unit. In general, the original card number will be blacklisted after making up the card. The system will only accept the new card, but the original card number will not be used.

(6) report loss and hang up

The purpose of this function is to include the account information of the cardholder and the protection of his rights. When the cardholder declares the loss of the card, he can register the card from the administrator or the system server management office in time to avoid losing the card to the form. The bad influence brought by the location can be applied to "hang up" after the report is lost.
